pk68 Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Online Gaming Rules

1. Introduction

Welcome to pk68. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk68 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "pk68"). By accessing, registering on or using any part of the pk68 platform — including its website, mobile interface, cricket betting services, Live Casino, Ludo Games, Jackpot Slots, Andar Bahar or any other product offered under the pk68 brand — you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

pk68 is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed specifically for Pakistani players. These Terms should be read alongside the pk68 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and pk68. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

To register and use pk68, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

pk68 employs automated and manual age and identity verification systems. Providing false information during registration — including a false date of birth — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

3. Account Registration and Rules

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active pk68 account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. If pk68 identifies that a player holds more than one account, the duplicate account(s) will be closed, all bonuses across those accounts will be voided and pk68 reserves the right to withhold any associated balances.

When registering your pk68 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number and email address.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. pk68 will never ask for your password via any channel.
• Notify pk68 immediately via the support email if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Update your account information promptly whenever any detail changes, particularly your mobile number or email address linked to payment methods.
• Not transfer, sell or otherwise share your pk68 account with any other person for any reason.

pk68 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any stage, including but not limited to a government-issued identity card (CNIC), proof of address or documentation verifying the source of funds. Failure to complete KYC documentation when requested may result in account restrictions or closure.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on pk68 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported:

• Funds deposited to pk68 must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger a security review.
• pk68 does not charge deposit fees. Transaction fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are your responsibility.
• Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. pk68 targets completion of Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals within 20 minutes, though operational volumes may occasionally extend this.
• First-time withdrawals may require identity verification. Subsequent withdrawals to the same verified account proceed without additional checks under normal circumstances.
• pk68 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers an internal risk review, including large or unusual withdrawal amounts.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit on the same account, unless explicitly approved by the pk68 finance team.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity at pk68, including cricket betting, Live Casino, Ludo Games, Jackpot Slots and Andar Bahar:

• All bets are final once confirmed. pk68 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after confirmation except in circumstances described in the event void policy below.

• Live/in-play bets are accepted subject to the current state of play. pk68 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, particularly in response to significant match events.
• pk68 operates a zero-tolerance policy on match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of manipulation. Any account suspected of placing bets linked to corrupt activity will be suspended immediately pending investigation.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

pk68 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new pk68 players on their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, household, IP address, device and payment method.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Standard wagering requirement for pk68 bonuses is 10x the bonus amount on qualifying cricket, casino or gaming bets unless a promotion specifies differently. Certain game types may be excluded from wagering requirement contributions — check the specific promotion for details.

7. Fair Play and Platform Integrity

pk68 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following standards apply across all games and betting products on the platform:

• All random outcomes in pk68 games — including dice rolls in Ludo, card deals in Live Casino and reel outcomes in Jackpot Slots — are generated by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. These systems are designed to produce genuinely unpredictable outcomes with probabilities matching the stated game rules.
• pk68 does not manipulate game outcomes to favour the house beyond the mathematical edge inherent in the game design, which is disclosed through the Return to Player (RTP) percentage associated with each game.

pk68 provides the following tools to help players stay in control, all accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your pk68 account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period to increase.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose in a given period. Once reached, betting and gaming is paused until the limit period resets.

In summary:

• pk68 collects the personal information you provide during registration and KYC, transaction data associated with your account, and technical usage data including device type, IP address and session logs.
• Your data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with regulatory requirements and communicate with you about your account and promotions you have opted into.
• pk68 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (payment processors, verification services) and with regulatory authorities where legally required.
• pk68 implements industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect your data. Financial credentials (bank details, mobile wallet credentials) are not stored by pk68 — they are processed directly by the relevant payment provider.

10. Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• pk68 provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily interrupt access to some or all platform features.
• pk68 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity problems on the player's side, delays in third-party payment processing, or any other circumstance outside pk68's direct control.
• pk68's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Dispute Resolution Process: If you have a dispute regarding a bet settlement, account action or payment, the correct process is:

1. Contact pk68 customer support at support@pk68.world with full details of the dispute, your account username, the bet or transaction reference and the outcome you believe is correct.
2. pk68 will acknowledge your dispute within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
3. If you are not satisfied with pk68's resolution, you may escalate the dispute to pk68's management team. Details of the escalation process are provided in the initial response to your dispute.
4. All disputes are governed by the terms of these T&Cs and the decision of pk68 management is final in all matters relating to game outcomes, bet settlement and bonus application.

11. Account Closure and Termination

You may request closure of your pk68 account at any time by contacting support@pk68.world. Account closure requests are processed within 2 business days. Before closing, any real-money balance (excluding bonus balance that has not met wagering requirements) will be available for withdrawal.

pk68 may close or suspend your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibition on multiple accounts, false registration information or any form of fraud.
• You are found to be under 18 years of age.
• Your account is identified as being involved in money laundering, fraud or other criminal activity.
• You have self-excluded through pk68's responsible gaming tools and subsequently attempt to register a new account or circumvent the exclusion.
• pk68 is required to do so by law, regulatory directive or court order.
• Continued operation of your account presents a risk to other players, the integrity of the platform or pk68's legal standing.

12. Changes to These Terms

pk68 may update, revise or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pk68 will:

• Where practical, notify registered players via email or in-platform notification of significant changes.
• Give players reasonable notice before changes take effect where the changes materially affect existing player rights.

Your continued use of pk68 following any published change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.
